RETOUREN
We hanteren een retourbeleid van 30 dagen, wat betekent dat u na ontvangst van uw artikel 30 dagen de tijd heeft om een retourzending aan te vragen.
Om in aanmerking te komen voor retournering moet uw artikel zich in dezelfde staat bevinden als waarin u het heeft ontvangen, ongedragen of ongebruikt, met kaartjes en in de originele verpakking. Je hebt ook de kassabon of het aankoopbewijs nodig.
Het is niet mogelijk om een terugbetaling te ontvangen als het artikel nog niet is aangekomen. Je moet wachten tot het pakket arriveert en dan een retourzending aanvragen & terugbetaling. Wij vergoeden de verzendkosten niet. De verzendkosten voor het retourneren zijn voor rekening van de koper.
